Sachin Tendulkar's New bungalow, Dream Came to Reality


Sachin Tendulkar breaks almost all batting records of international cricket. He made his all dreams in reality in the field with his bat. Being one of the most successful cricketer and man, beside he always kept a dream in his mind to have his own house. He had a dream to make a house where everything is built with his choice. In the end, the dream came in true; Tendulkar built his dreamy house at Perry cross Road in Bandra. Everything is designed in that house according to Sachin’s choice.

He lived in his old house which was allotted to him by sport’s quota in west Bandra before arriving his new house. He built his house following his dream. Tendulkar built his new house which is looking like a castle. The House is surrounded with high-walled to avoid peeping of curious people. CCTV camera and sensors are set up there for ensuring the security.

The house is built on 6000 square feet and five-storey bungalow. There is two underground basement and temple in the house. His bed room is in the top floor. His son (Arjun) and his daughter’s (Sara) bed room are in 1st floor. He has decorated his ground floor with all his awards and prizes he gained in his life.

On arriving in the house he said, “Everyone has a dream   to have a home. I also had dream to build my own house. I am happy that I could make it. The flat where I lived before, I got it under the sport’s quota. Now I left my old flat and any other sports man will stay there.”

Although Tendulkar arrived in his new house in 28th September, formally the home entrance was happened in 11th June before his England tour. Then he did not come in Mumbai but he is now in Mumbai. In the 28th September, he brought his mother to show his new bungalow. He is still staying there from the home entrance. But he could not able to bring his children in the new bungalow.

Today which is looking like a castle, it was a dilapidated bungalow, Sachin bought that ruined bungalow for Rs. 39 corer in 2007.
